1. Fix the system may hang at OS LOGO when C1E/EnergyStar5.0 is enabled in BIOS with certain CPU.
2. Add two items at chipset\RD790 Configuration\PCIE Configuration to configure PCIE_X16_2/PCIE_X16_4 as X8 mode. This fixes any X4 devices plugged on these two slots is treated as X1 devices.
3. Fix the floppy control is still shownin the Device Manager when floppy drive is disabled in BIOS setup.
