1. Support Windows 2012
2. Update SMBIOS eventlog data for memory error event.
3. Fix ACPI table can't be updated under Windows 8.
4. Computer screen will not light up when using Nvidia GTX 680 VGA card
5. Patch RHEL 6.3 can not install on PIKE.

[Warning]
* Pls noted once BIOS flashed to version 3107 successfully, users can't flash back to old version manually.
* Pls check if jumper move to the correct position on mid-plane as BIOS 0606 attachment.
