1. Updated the VGA option ROM from yj19938a.001 to yj19938a.003.
2. Added the 9 beep numbers and halt system after flashed BIOS that HW set recovery with jumper. 4 beep numbers and auto restarting after flashed BIOS by Serial-Redirect.
3. Support ASMB3 Management Board.
