Notes:

1. This driver includes more improvements for the touch gestures of the Bamboo 2nd Generation tablets with touch input, and is recommended for all owners of such a tablet.
2. This driver resolves issues with log-in, fast user switching and waking on fast computers (e.g. using SSM). 
3. This driver enables 3- & 4-finger gestures for CTH460, CTH461 and CTH660 Bamboo 2nd Generation tablets.
