EURP Map function enhancements
Let M20 could install these two cab files prior to installing 2010.30 map to enhancements map function.

Installation Steps:
Step 1: Install STEP_1_M20_LBSOff -> reboot.
Step 2: Install STEP_2_M20_LBS_Update-> reboot.
