Support multi-function PC I-to-PCI bridge device.
Show AMD-K6/PR2-xxx for AMD-K6 cpu.
Fix Win95 OSR2 hang if SCSI boot first.
Fix IRQ improperly assigned if USB is disable.
Fix USB is not disable if Power Managementis disable.
Add patch code for AMD-K5 PR166.
