Fix NSTL year 2000 test failed.
Fix 64K boundary error if INT13 extention is called.
Fix Goldstar 16x CD-ROM not detected.
Fix IDE HDD Auto detect to Large Mode unexpectedly.
Fix NT 4.0 with 4 COM ports (some add-on SIO cards) not recognized correctly.
Improve ATAPI identification detecting algorithm to speed up auto-detect with some CD-ROMs. (on Master channel only).
Add USB IRQ Enable/Disable feature.
Fix garbage message appeared in the first line of screen after screen was scrolled up one line. (4 IDE Auto 2 PnP).
Fix Game port not function properly under some kind configurations.
Enable Wake On Lan feature.
Support LDCM 3.1
