Fix some PCIE VGA card can not display if iGPU overclock function is enabled.
Update Express Gate to V1.2.8.0.
Set memory mode default to Ganged Mode.
Modify "K8<->NB HT Speed" item to be available only when "CPU-NB Multiplier" item is not set Auto mode.
