Build Dell zip package to launch "ATIWinflash.exe"2. When launch ATIWinflash.exe, a window will open, see bitmap "Winflash1.jpg".3. User need to select "Program" after confirming that the ATI FireGL V7700 is identified in the window as Video Device4. A progress bar will appear briefly while the system is writing files. 5. A window will pop up to inform user that it has completed, see bitmap "complete.jpg". Select "OK"6. A reboot is needed, see bitmap "reboot.jpg". Click "Yes".7. Once reboot, go to AMD Catalyst Control Center to verify that the vbios was flashed correctly.
