This package provides the Windows/DOS based Firmware Update for HLDS GBC-H20N SATA Trayload DVDRW/BD-ROM and is supported on the Inspiron Desktop, Precision, Vostro Desktop and XPS Desktop models that are running the following Windows Operating Systems: XP and VISTA.
1. Don't power off or reset the computer while updating. 2. Windows must restart to complete this operation. 3. Please save all work and close all applications prior to restarting Windows.
