Install Instructions:- For normal installation, click on the setup or setup.exe file in the Application folderand follow the screen instructions.- Silent install via Setup.exe /s /v/qn option works with UAC enabled or disabled.Operating Instructions:- Under the Administrator Login Account, click on the Modem Diagnostic Tool Icon under the Start menu button or inside the Control Panel menu.- Under the non-Administrator Login Account or Standart User Account, click on the Modem Diagnostic Tool Icon inside the Control Panel menu.
Fixes the following issues: 1) The caption for Modem Diagnostic Tool icon in Control Panel is not localized and is displayed in English for all non-English languages.2) Make the name of control panel file (.cpl) be unique for 32 and 64 bit OS. Instead of using Dmodem.cpl for both, use Dmdm32.cpl for 32 bit OS and Dmdm64.cpl for 64 bit OS. This is transparent to the user.3) Modem Diagnostic Tool icon remains in Control Panel after uninstall on 32 bit OS.
