Install Instructions:
1. Prepare the installation decompresses the file that youdownloaded.
2. Click [Start] on your computer and click [Devices andPrinters] to open the [Devices and Printers] folder.- When you are using Windows Vista / Windows 2008 ServerClick the start button, select [Control Panel] and click[Printer] under [Hardware and Sound] to open the [Printers]folder.- When you are using Windows XP / Windows 2003 ServerClick [Start] and click [Printers and Faxes] to open the[Printers and Faxes] folder.
3. Click [Add a printer]. The [Add Printer] dialog box appears.- When using Windows XP / Windows Server 2003Select [Add Printer] in the [File] menu.
4. Select [Add a local] printer.
5. Select [Create a new port], and select [Standard TCP/IPPort]. Then click [Next].
6. Enter the appropriate Hostname or IP address, and click[Next].
7. Click [Have Disk]. The [Install From Disk] dialog box appears.
8. Click [Browse]. The [Locate File] dialog box appears.9. Locate the directory where the preferred printer driver issaved, select the .inf file, and then click [Open].10. Confirm the file path and click [OK].11. Confirm the correct driver has been selected and click[Next].1
2. Confirm or change the Printer name and click [Next].1
3. Select whether or not to share the printer to other networkusers, and click [Next].14 Select whether using this printer as a default printer , andclick [Finish].The printer driver is installed.Before using the printer driver for printing, configure theinstalled options of the equipment on the printer driver .
