CRITICAL BIOS Update Utility
This utility updates the BIOS to version R2100Q3 to resolve the following issues:

• The screen may appear dim when resuming from sleep mode
• Improves fan control of the computer
• The computer may hang (stop responding) after installing encryption security software
• The Event Viewer may display an Event ID 12 error, when resuming from sleep mode
