  • Made a change to ensure the display screen would turn on to allow input of registered Power-On Password when a user starts the PC by pressing the button in MP3 mode and open the LCD to input the password which is prompted by the message from the Sub-LCD.
  • Made a change to ensure to require proper procedure to validate instant security when Power-On Password was being registered.
  • Made a change to prevent the system from sometimes requesting for HDD password when the HDD is defective.

  • Corrected a problem where, when rebooting the system after changing the TV type setting to PAL from Windows, the Toshiba CardBus Controller may disappear.
  • Corrected a problem where a USB speaker may not sound after suspend / resume operation under Windows XP.
  • A change was made to correct a problem where the LCD sensor switch fails to work the first time after a system boot. Subsequent depressions of the switch would work correctly.
