When enabled, this application periodically transmits to our servers a limited amount of system information required to perform these updates or alerts. This feature is enabled by default.

    Installation Instructions

    2. Download and save this file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop.
    3. Save all work in progress and close open applications.
    4. Double-click the downloaded file TC00398200D.exe to start the installation.
    5. Press the Start button at the Toshiba Archive Extractor window.
    6. Press Yes if a User Account Control message is displayed.
    7. If Toshiba Service Station 2.1.14 is applied successfully, the message below will be shown.
