1) The caption for Modem Diagnostic Tool icon in Control Panel is not localized and is displayed in English for all non-English languages.2) Make the name of control panel file (.cpl) be unique for 32 and 64 bit OS. Instead of using Dmodem.cpl for both, use Dmdm32.cpl for 32 bit OS and Dmdm64.cpl for 64 bit OS.
This file contains a compressed (or zipped) set of files. Download the file to a folder on your hard drive, and then run (double-click) it to unzip the set of files. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
