DVD-E612 Firmware 1.4 Beta
Make a bootable disk without CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT.
Unzip FW140AFS.ZIP all files to floppy disk. (Autoexec.bat, Flashafs.exe, FW140.afs)
Boot the system up from Floppy Disk.
It will auto upgrade F/W.
Reboot the system after the tools message shows successful.
