Fix system cannot boot from a bootable 720K diskette if CPU internal frequency is greater than 667MHz.
Support Intel 1GHz CPU (CPU ID = 686).

Fix S3 resume failure in dual monitor system.
Fix wrong CPU internal frequency setup options for a CPU with locked frequency multiple.
