Add the support for Willamette Celeron.
Add microcode update for Willamette Celeron. Update microcode
update for Willamette wC-1 stepping, wD-0 stepping, and NorthWood B-0 stepping (PGA478).
Fix the system sometimes reset automatically in POST 0B with some cache controller.
