BIOS 408
1.Fix the issue "safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" can not show when insert U3 device in U3 port.
2.Fix the issue the panel backlight can't brighten when enable CSM and secure boot keys installed.
3.Fix the issue system will hang up when do RTC aging test with APM.
