BIOS 208
The system shutdown, S3 and S4 are fail after INSTANTON to enter S4 then power button to boot.
Fix: the console status is error after S3 resume.
Fix: H.W. radio switch first turn off is fail in VISTA.
Fix: the S3 mode failed after Lock LAN and Wireless LAN in IO Security.
Fix: the IO Security item of Wireless LAN is disappearance after set it Lock.
