1. Support Windows 2012
2. Update SMBIOS eventlog data for memory error event.
3. Patch RHEL 6.3 can not install on PIKE.

* The package has 3107 .rom file & 3201 .cap file, pls follow SOP as below to upgrade BIOS from version 0602 to 3201 completely.
-> Upgrade BIOS to version 3107 via ROM file.
-> Upgrade BIOS to version 3201 via CAP file.
* Pls noted once BIOS flashed to version 3201 successfully, users can't flash back to old version manually.
