This software pack includes the following:

• Creative Media Explorer (version 6.70.16)
  Enables you to manage your player easily in the familiar "Windows Explorer" environment
• Creative Audio CD Ripper (version 5.20.13)
  Extracts songs from an audio CD and transfers them to your player
• Creative Sync Manager (version 6.04.16)
  Synchronizes data between your computer and player
• Video Converter (version 5.60.17)
  Converts videos to a suitable format and transfers them to your player

 Fixes:

• Resolves quality issues when converting QuickTime (.mov) file formats.
