This package provides the HLDS GA11N 12.7mm SATA Slotload 8X DVDRW Firmware update and is supported on Alienware Notebook and XPS Notebook models that are running the following Windows Operating system: XP, VISTA(32/64 bit) and Windows 7(32/64 bit).
1) Please close other application before updating. 2) While firmware is updating, don't turn off the computer.3) Please reboot the computer after the firmware update is completed.
