Intel Rapid Storage Technology replaces Intel Matrix Storage Manager
- Added TRIM support on supported Solid State Drives which optimizes write operations, helps devices reduce wear, and maintains unused storage area running Microsoft Windows 7.- Corrects randomly failing or degrading RAID volumes which was a bug found in Intel Matrix Storage Manager version 8.9.
