UPDATE BIOS Update Utility
This utility updates the BIOS to version R2169M3 and provides the following benefits:

Enhancements:

• Improves system performance during startup
• Improves the hard disk drive password process
• Adds support for the Intel® Virtualization Technology and provides the ability to enable or disabled this feature within the BIOS settings

Issues resolved:

• The computer will not boot when using a DVD-R/RW disc
• A black screen with blinking cursor appears when attempting to resume from hibernation after removing an ExpressCard® module
• A brief blank screen occurs when installing Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system with SP3
• The system hangs when using the touchpad after setting the RAID configuration
• In the BIOS settings, on the Edit Boot Option screen, the keyboard stops responding after using the touchpad
• Unable to run the hard disk drive recovery on systems pre-installed with the Windows XP downgrade
• Unable to set the BIOS password using specific combinations
• The computer resumes from sleep mode when the lid is closed quickly
• The startup time is longer than usual when the TPM function is enabled
