UPDATE VAIO Care Update
This utility installs an updated version of the VAIO Care™ software to resolve an issue where the VAIO Care Desktop app is unable to start from the VAIO Care Metro app by selecting the "Need help? Launch Troubleshooting" tile. This update also adds the following enhancements:

• Adds support for an option that will allow the VAIO Care app to launch the VAIO Care (Desktop) for any feature required to run in the desktop environment
• The Troubleshooting page has been updated to provide additional quick links such as "Status Check" report, "Diagnostics" Page, Regional "Online Support", Support URL's, the "VAIO Manual", and "Troubleshooting"
• The "VAIO Easy Connect" quick link icon has been moved to the "Network & Wireless" page
• VAIO Care Interface version 3.2 has been added to the VAIO Care Desktop app to incorporate the latest features and bug fixes
• The Contact and Support page can now be dynamically updated
• To check computer issues, the Solution Center feature has been added to VAIO Care
• "Safety Information" can now be viewed in VAIO Care
• The "Troubleshooting" page has been moved to the "Solution Center" page
• Battery Health Information has been enhanced
• Supports the Windows® 8.1 operating system
• VAIO Care now supports computers capable of 2880x1620 high definition resolution
