1. New Features/Enhancement：
   Improved the stability with Tether 2.0 Mobile App.
2. Bug Fixed：
   (1)Fixed the bug that Tether display wrong DNS sever when dial-up with dynamic IP and set the DNS sever by manual;
   (2)Fixed the bug that when set Internet Access Control Rule in web configuration interface, Tether can't manage these rules;
   (3)Fixed the bug that some special USB devices disconnected from Archer C9 may lead to system reboot.
