New BIOS fix the follow Bug
Support CPU Celeron state.
Fix the system cannot boot up if Adaptec ASR-2110S/32M PCI SCSI RAID card is used.
Fix the system cannot resume to Windows ME from Standby(S1) state by power button wake-up if IR is enabled.
Fix AC power loss restart fails sometimes.
